These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Finance Wealth. By creating an account or investing through our platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
By accessing or using the Finance Wealth platform, website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and investors who access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use the Finance Wealth Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Many investment opportunities on our Platform are available only to accredited investors as defined under SEC Regulation D. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your accredited investor status and to promptly notify us if your status changes. Providing false information about your investor status may constitute a violation of federal securities laws.
Finance Wealth is required by law to verify the accredited investor status of users who wish to invest in certain offerings. This process may require you to submit financial documentation, tax returns, or other supporting materials. Failure to complete verification will restrict your access to certain investment opportunities.
When you make an investment through the Finance Wealth Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All investments carry risk, and private market investments carry substantially greater risk than publicly traded securities. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any investment, investment manager, or strategy is not indicative of future results.
Private market investments are illiquid. You may not be able to sell or transfer your investment for an extended period, which may be several years. You should only invest capital that you can afford to have illiquid for the full expected investment term.
Each investment opportunity has a minimum investment amount that is disclosed in the offering documents. You agree to invest at least the stated minimum amount for any investment you participate in.
To invest in an offering, you must complete the subscription process, which includes reviewing and signing all required subscription documents, completing any required investor questionnaires, and funding your investment by the stated deadline. Your investment is not confirmed until we have received and accepted your subscription and funding.
Finance Wealth charges fees for its services, which are disclosed in the offering documents for each investment opportunity. These fees may include:
All fees are clearly disclosed in the offering documents for each investment opportunity. By investing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in those documents. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice to investors.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finance Wealth and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any investment made through the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Finance Wealth in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for the performance of any investment made through the Platform, including any loss of principal or investment returns. Investment performance is determined by market conditions and the performance of the underlying investment managers, not by Finance Wealth.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in San Francisco, California.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees in any arbitration proceeding, except that the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys' fees to the prevailing party in cases of frivolous claims.

These Terms of Service were last updated on January 15, 2026. Finance Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
